Home Delivery
Convenient home delivery is available anywhere in the lower 48 states.
This is called "curbside delivery" which will place the kit at the end of your driveway.
It is not the driver's responsibility to bring the product into your garage or yard.
Drivers do not assist in unpacking or cleanup.
The freight carrier will call to schedule an appointment during normal business hours.
Please provide a daytime phone number at check out. Someone will need to be present at the time of delivery.
A signature is required.
Inspect the merchandise before the driver departs. If you notice any damage, make sure the driver indicates
this on the delivery slip before you sign it.
General
Once you receive your new building begin by unpacking the pre-cut framing, doors and hardware.
You will also receive a detailed manual with step by step instructions. Each step is explained with clear instructions and
detailed line art and has been developed with the novice builder in mind.

All required hardware including door hinges, latch, nails, hurricane hangers, glue for gussets and
detailed instruction manual. Shingles, roof edge and garage door provided by owner.

We use the highest grade of lumber from Sweden and Germany. These countries require a more stringent grading system than
US standards insuring only the best lumber is used in your shed kit.
Siding
Primed 3/8" wood siding, with vertical grooves, creates an attractive plank look.
Smart Panel, manufactured by Lousiana-Pacific, creates the visual beauty of real wood with the strength and
durability of an engineered product.
The siding is made from wood strands, pressed into a resin saturated substrate, superior to plywood.
A cedar texture is embossed into the substrate, free from knot holes and patches. Other features include:
- Primed, ready for paint color of your choice. Latex acrylic paint recommended.
- Treated with Composibor (from U.S. Borax) prevents fungal decay and insect damage.
- Backed with a 50 year limited warranty.
Windows
Optional Item
Optional single hung windows with screens & decorative raised panel shutters.
Single hung windows 18" x 36" aluminum windows provide light and ventilation. Lockable frames are durable and easy to operate.
Screens limit birds and insects. Decorative raised panel shutters are included.
Decorative octagonal gable windows illuminate interiors, beautify exteriors.
Trusses
Our trusses are engineered to handle severe snow load of 40 psf (pounds per square foot) and 90 mph wind loads.
For extra strength metal hurricane truss hangers are supplied to secure trusses to the exterior walls.

Floor
Optional Item
Choose an optional Sturdy-Built wood floor for your new garage kit. Easy to construct and designed specifically for your building.
This floor is designed for buildings incorporating an overhead garage door. A galvanized sill plate is provided with this floor system.
The Sturdy-Build floor system comes standard with 3/4" plywood flooring and 2x4 treated floor joists spaced 12" o.c.. Floor is supported with 4x4 treated runners.
Nails are included. Material is not pre-cut. Floor sheathing is not treated. The floor package will be delivered, prior to your shed, by a local lumber supplier. They will call to make delivery arrangements. Someone will need to receive/sign for delivery.
Optional Pre-cut Treated Wood Ramp
Choose an optional pre-cut treated wood ramp system to match your building. This option is designed so that when you purchase our Wood Floor you can correctly match the height of the wood floor.
Doors
Garage door is purchased locally by homeowner
Door opening is for an 8' Wide x 7' High garage door. If purchasing a rollup door you will need a 9" low headroom kit for the track system.
Optional Item
An optional walk-in entry door gives better access:
- Pre-hung 9-lite walk-in door includes aluminum threshold and lockset
- Windowless pre-hung 6-panel steel walk-in door also includes threshold and lockset
