This Cypress outdoor storage shed kit’s gable roof design fits perfectly with styles of today’s homes. With its 6′-4″ high side walls this shed kit provides maximum storage in a small area. With the large 5′-4″ wide x 6′ high doors you can easily store your riding lawn mower or 4-wheeler. Doors can be placed left or right of center on the 10×12 size and centered on the 10×16. If you are need a well built wood storage shed at an economical price the Cypress is the perfect solution.

Primed 3/8″ wood siding, with vertical grooves, creates an attractive plank look.
Smart Panel, manufactured by Lousiana-Pacific, creates the visual beauty of real wood with the strength and
durability of an engineered product.
The siding is made from wood strands, pressed into a resin saturated substrate, superior to plywood.
A cedar texture is embossed into the substrate, free from knot holes and patches. Other features include:
- Primed, ready for paint color of your choice. Latex acrylic paint recommended.
- Treated with Composibor (from U.S. Borax) prevents fungal decay and insect damage.
- Backed with a 50 year limited warranty.
Optional single hung windows with screens & decorative shutters.
Single hung windows 18″ x 27″ aluminum windows provide light and ventilation. Lockable frames are durable and easy to operate. Screens limit birds and insects. Decorative shutters are pre-assembled.

The floor includes 2×4’s 16″ o.c. and 5/8″ OSB.
Nails are included. Floor requires cutting and assembly. Floor sheathing is not treated.

Please check with the permit office before purchasing.
Convenient home delivery is available anywhere in the lower 48 states.
This is called “curbside delivery” which will place the kit at the end of your driveway. It is not the driver’s responsibility to bring the product into your garage or yard. Drivers do not assist in unpacking or cleanup.
The freight carrier will call to schedule an appointment during normal business hours. Please provide a daytime phone number at check out. Someone will need to be present at the time of delivery. A signature is required.
Inspect the merchandise before the driver departs. If you notice any damage, make sure the driver indicates this on the delivery slip before you sign it.
