The Greenbriar prep for vinyl garage kit is great design for a single car garage. Prep for vinyl means that the Greenbriar exterior walls are covered with an OSB (Oriented Strand Board ) for the purpose of applying the exterior siding of your choice. You may apply wood lap siding, stucco, vinyl siding or any exterior grade siding designed to be applied to an underlay. High side walls provide plenty of room to store tall items or add shelving to keep everything organized. Available in 12×16, 12×20 and 12×24 sizes you can find a size for all your storage and garage needs.
The garage door is purchased by the homeowner separately. This allows you to choose the type and style to compliment your home. The garage door opening provided is 8′ wide x 7′ high. A 9″ low headroom track is required.

Greenbriar Garage Kit Elevations
This is a prep-for-vinyl shed kit. It is designed so you may apply an exterior grade siding such as vinyl, ship lap, cedar shakes, stucco, etc. This allows the homeowner to match the style of their home.
An underlay of OSB ( Oriented Strand Board ) is included for the purpose of attaching the siding you purchase locally.
Our trusses are engineered to handle severe snow load of 40 psf (pounds per square foot) and 120 mph wind loads.
For extra strength metal hurricane truss hangers are supplied to secure trusses to the exterior walls.

Optional Windows
Single hung aluminum 18″ x 36″ windows provide light and ventilation. Lockable frames are durable and easy to operate. Screens limit birds and insects. Decorative raised panel shutters are included.
Decorative octagonal gable windows illuminate interiors, beautify exteriors.
Garage door is purchased locally by homeowner
The Greenbriar is designed with high headroom and an 8 ft. x 7 ft. garage door opening, you purchase locally to match the style of your home, making this perfect for your vehicle, storage or work area.
If purchasing a roll-up door you will need a 9″ low headroom kit for the track system.

Optional Floor
Choose an optional Sturdy-Built wood floor for your new garage kit. Easy to construct and designed specifically for your building. This floor is designed for buildings incorporating an overhead garage door. A galvanized sill plate is provided with this floor system. The Sturdy-Build floor system comes standard with 3/4″ plywood flooring and 2×4 treated floor joists spaced 12″ o.c.. Floor is supported with 4×4 treated runners.
Nails are included. Material is not pre-cut. Floor sheathing is not treated. The floor package will be delivered by a local lumber supplier. Someone will need to receive/sign for delivery.
The Greenbriar garage kit has plenty of headroom and interior space for your car.

Please check with the permit office before purchasing.
Convenient home delivery is available anywhere in the lower 48 states.
This is called “curbside delivery” which will place the kit at the end of your driveway. It is not the driver’s responsibility to bring the product into your garage or yard. Drivers do not assist in unpacking or cleanup.
The freight carrier will call to schedule an appointment during normal business hours. Please provide a daytime phone number at check out. Someone will need to be present at the time of delivery. A signature is required.
Inspect the merchandise before the driver departs. If you notice any damage, make sure the driver indicates this on the delivery slip before you sign it.
