These countries require a more stringent grading system than

Primed 3/8″ wood siding, with vertical grooves, creates an attractive plank look.
Smart Panel, manufactured by Lousiana-Pacific, creates the visual beauty of real wood with the strength and
durability of an engineered product.
The siding is made from wood strands, pressed into a resin saturated substrate, superior to plywood.
A cedar texture is embossed into the substrate, free from knot holes and patches. Other features include:
- Primed, ready for paint color of your choice. Latex acrylic paint recommended.
- Treated with Composibor (from U.S. Borax) prevents fungal decay and insect damage.
- Backed with a 50 year limited warranty.
The Northwood model provides a 2nd level loft floor of OSB (oriented strand board) for those “where do I put it?” items.
Our Northwood includes a loft to provide additional storage without taking a lot of yard space.
A loft provides an ideal, out of the way area for storing seasonal decorations, small boxes, chair cushions and smaller items.
A 4′ deep loft floor is provided at each end of the building. Drawing shows a loft floor in a 10×10 building. The 14′ long building will have 3 truss spaces between the loft floor.
Optional Windows
Single hung aluminum 18″ x 27″ windows provide light and ventilation. Lockable frames are durable and easy to operate. Screens limit birds and insects. Comes with raised panel vinyl shutters ready to paint.
Decorative octagonal gable windows illuminate interiors, beautify exteriors.
Optional Floor
The deluxe floor includes 4×4 treated runners which gives support for the floor joists and allows you to set the foundation directly on grass. By raising the foundation above the ground the 4×4’s provide for air flow which eliminates moisture. The deluxe floor includes 4×4 treated runners, treated 2×4’s 16″ o.c. and 3/4″ plywood.
Nails are included. Floor requires cutting and assembly. Floor sheathing is not treated.
As promised here are some photos of my project. I still need to add the decorative brackets, the shutters and add a small deck in front of the building and ramp. I will send a final photo or two in a few weeks when all of that is done. For now, my body needs a rest!

“Mission accomplished – we purchased a shed kit from you guys July 21 — arrived about 9 days later. Between work, vacation, etc…. we just finished it”
I would give you guys a 4.8 out of 5 stars.
Suggestions to improve the product:
there was no step 3 in the instructions; – Webmasters note: ( corrected typo )
my kit had 4 boxes of 7D nails and one box of 10D — I think it should have been 2 each (I had to buy a box of 10D nails — $10.00 for 5 pounds) — when the shed was finished, I had one box of 7D left over — no big deal — always nice to have nails on hand.
add instructions for windows — mine had none — none in the window box as well; and
throw in two tubes of silicon to seal small cracks.

“I am in law enforcement and we have four kids. We budgeted $3K for a shed — figured it would be fun experience for the family — and it was. I checked into Lowe’s and Home Depot — pricing for similar sheds were around $3800.00. With the kit, flooring, paint, etc… we spent right at $2850.00 — excellent value. The kit arrived within advised time period — the delivery man from Home Depot was skeptical — made us a bit nervous. Nevertheless, we were not dismayed. I am good at following directions — directions and pictures were excellent. I am not a carpenter and the shed was fairly easy to install with three people (myself, 18 year old son, and 10 year old son). End product looks excellent! Very satisfied customer.”

Below is information that your local permiting office may need prior to construction.
Please check with the permit office before purchasing.
Convenient home delivery is available anywhere in the lower 48 states.
This is called “curbside delivery” which will place the kit at the end of your driveway. It is not the driver’s responsibility to bring the product into your garage or yard. Drivers do not assist in unpacking or cleanup.
The freight carrier will call to schedule an appointment during normal business hours. Please provide a daytime phone number at check out. Someone will need to be present at the time of delivery. A signature is required.
Inspect the merchandise before the driver departs. If you notice any damage, make sure the driver indicates this on the delivery slip before you sign it.
