Home Delivery
Convenient home delivery is available anywhere in the lower 48 states for only $125.00.
Your building kit will be delivered to your home, anywhere in the continuous 48 states for a flat charge of $125.00.
This covers the charge for a local delivery truck equipped with a lift gate to deliver the kit.
This is called "curbside delivery" which will place the kit at the end of your driveway.
It is not the driver's responsibility to bring the product into your garage or yard.
Drivers do not assist in unpacking or cleanup.
The freight carrier will call to schedule an appointment during normal business hours.
Please provide a daytime phone number at check out. Someone will need to be present at the time of delivery.
A signature is required.
Inspect the merchandise before the driver departs. If you notice any damage, make sure the driver indicates
this on the delivery slip before you sign it.
You can pick up your building at the trucking terminal. You will need a full size truck for small kits
or a truck and trailer for buildings that are shipped on two pallets.
You will save the $125.00 delivery fee and have the advantage of unloading the building close to where you want
to assemble the kit.
Call our office at 724-646-3775 to make arrangements to pick up your kit. The information of the closest
terminal will be provided.

All required hardware including door hinges, latch, hurricane straps for trusses, nails, glue for gussets and

We use the highest grade of lumber from Sweden and Germany. These countries require a more stringent grading system than
US standards insuring only the best lumber is used in your shed kit.
Siding
Vinyl siding purchased by owner.
Exterior walls are prepped with OSB (oriented strand board) for application of vinyl siding of your choice.
Owner buys vinyl siding locally.
Vinyl siding offers the shed owner a lasting durable finish to compliment their home.

Regency 10' Wide cross section.
Trusses
Our trusses are engineered to handle severe snow load of 40 psf (pounds per square foot) and 90 mph wind loads.
If you live in a county in Florida that requires 140 mph wind load order the Florida truss option above. Interior headroom is reduced from 7'-3" to 6'-4" with this option.
For extra strength metal hurricane truss hangers are supplied to secure trusses to the exterior walls.

Pocket Doors
Sliding doors are made from solid pine tongue-and-groove barn siding. Arched opening adds visual appeal.
Opened, doors recede from sight. Closed, they’re weather-tight and block out rain and snow. Door opeing width is 4'-7".
Windows
Optional Item
Optional windows with shutters and gable window.
Single hung windows 18" x 27" aluminum windows provide light and ventilation. Lockable frames are durable and easy to operate. Screens limit birds and insects. Decorative wood shutters are pre-assembled.
Decorative octagonal gable windows illuminate interiors, beautify exteriors.
Floor
Optional Item
Choose an optional wood floor for your new shed kit. Easy to construct and designed specifically for your building.
Our Wood Floor provides a dry storage area, easy to construct and raises the building above the ground to prevent
damage from water and ground moisture. Three(3) 4x4 treated runners provide support for the floor joists and flooring.
Floor joists are treated 2x4s spaced 16" on center. The standard floor package includes 5/8" OSB (oriented strand board) flooring.
The deluxe floor includes 3/4" plywood flooring.
Nails are included. Material is not pre-cut. Floor sheathing is not treated. The floor package will be delivered, prior to your shed, by a local lumber supplier. They will call to make delivery arrangements. Someone will need to receive/sign for delivery.
Optional Pre-cut Treated Wood Ramp
Choose an optional pre-cut treated wood ramp system to match your building. This option is designed so that when you purchase our Wood Floor you can correctly match the height of you new sheds floor.
