Featuring wide carriage style doors the Geneva DIY garage kit has plenty of room for your car, small truck, golf cart or utility vehicle. Available in 16ft., 20ft., and 24ft. lengths this 12ft. wide garage can offer as much space for storage or work area as you need. The doors open to an 8ft. Wide x 7ft. High opening.
In addition to a large first floor area there is a 2nd floor loft that provides additional storage. Running the length of the garage the loft area is 8ft. Wide with 4ft.-3in. headroom at center. During construction the homeowner will create an opening for access in the location of their choosing.
Optionally purchase windows to allow light and ventilation. Or add a walk-in man door for additional access.

Our Glenwood model provides an expansive 2nd level loft floor.
The loft is 8ft wide, with 4ft-3in of headroom and, provides an ideal, out of the way area for storing seasonal decorations, small boxes, chair cushions and smaller items.
Choose size and location of access to loft floor area during construction.
Primed 3/8″ wood siding, with vertical grooves, creates an attractive plank look.
Smart Panel, manufactured by Lousiana-Pacific, creates the visual beauty of real wood with the strength and
durability of an engineered product.
The siding is made from wood strands, pressed into a resin saturated substrate, superior to plywood.
A cedar texture is embossed into the substrate, free from knot holes and patches. Other features include:
- Primed, ready for paint color of your choice. Latex acrylic paint recommended.
- Treated with Composibor (from U.S. Borax) prevents fungal decay and insect damage.

Optional Floor
Choose an optional Sturdy-Built wood floor for your new garage kit. Easy to construct and designed specifically for your building. The Sturdy-Build floor system comes standard with 3/4″ plywood flooring and 2×4 treated floor joists spaced 12″ o.c.. Floor is supported with 4×4 treated runners.
Nails are included. Material is not pre-cut. Floor sheathing is not treated. The floor package will be delivered by a local lumber supplier. Someone will need to receive/sign for delivery.

Below is information that your local permiting office may need prior to construction.
Please check with the permit office before purchasing.
Convenient home delivery is available anywhere in the lower 48 states.
This is called “curbside delivery” which will place the kit at the end of your driveway. It is not the driver’s responsibility to bring the product into your garage or yard. Drivers do not assist in unpacking or cleanup.
The freight carrier will call to schedule an appointment during normal business hours. Please provide a daytime phone number at check out. Someone will need to be present at the time of delivery. A signature is required.
Inspect the merchandise before the driver departs. If you notice any damage, make sure the driver indicates this on the delivery slip before you sign it.
