The Hampton 12ft. wide storage shed kit is available in 16ft., 20ft. and 24ft. lengths. Featuring an 8ft. wide loft running the length of the shed you’ll have plenty of room for storing items like household decorations, seasonal items, garden tools, etc. The 6ft.-1in. wide carriage style doors swing outward to give you access to your stored items and equipment.
The included dormers add a nice touch of style but are also offer additional ventilation and light to the interior.
High side walls offer you great space for shelving and storage hooks. During construction you will choose the location for access to the loft area. Ladder is not included.

Primed 3/8″ wood siding, with vertical grooves, creates an attractive plank look.
Smart Panel, manufactured by Lousiana-Pacific, creates the visual beauty of real wood with the strength and
durability of an engineered product.
The siding is made from wood strands, pressed into a resin saturated substrate, superior to plywood.
A cedar texture is embossed into the substrate, free from knot holes and patches. Other features include:
- Primed, ready for paint color of your choice. Latex acrylic paint recommended.
- Treated with Composibor (from U.S. Borax) prevents fungal decay and insect damage.
- Backed with a 50 year limited warranty.
Our Hampton model provides an expansive 2nd level loft floor.
The loft is 8ft wide, with 4ft-3in of headroom and, provides an ideal, out of the way area for storing seasonal decorations, small boxes, chair cushions and smaller items.

Included Windows
Two (2) Single hung windows with screens & decorative raised panel shutters for lower walls are included. Optionally you may order additional windows to provide more light and venting. Dormer windows with sunburst are included.
Single hung aluminum 18″ x 36″ windows provide light and ventilation. Lockable frames are durable and easy to operate. Screens limit birds and insects.
One (1) Gable window with sunburst and (2) two with sunburst for the dormers are included to provide more light and venting for the second floor loft area. Optionally you may purchase an additional gable window.
The Hampton comes standard with a set of carriage style doors with transom windows to be installed on the 12′ wall.
Also included is a 9-lite in-swing steel entry door.
Optional Floor
The deluxe floor includes 4×4 treated runners which gives support for the floor joists and allows you to set the foundation directly on grass. By raising the foundation above the ground the 4×4’s provide for air flow which eliminates moisture. The deluxe floor includes 4×4 treated runners, treated 2×4’s 16″ o.c. and 3/4″ plywood.
Nails are included. Floor requires cutting and assembly. Floor sheathing is not treated.

Below is information that your local permiting office may need prior to construction.
Please check with the permit office before purchasing.
Convenient home delivery is available anywhere in the lower 48 states.
This is called “curbside delivery” which will place the kit at the end of your driveway. It is not the driver’s responsibility to bring the product into your garage or yard. Drivers do not assist in unpacking or cleanup.
The freight carrier will call to schedule an appointment during normal business hours. Please provide a daytime phone number at check out. Someone will need to be present at the time of delivery. A signature is required.
Inspect the merchandise before the driver departs. If you notice any damage, make sure the driver indicates this on the delivery slip before you sign it.
