The Best Barns 14ft. wide Pinewood storage building offers a large space for lawn equipment, ATV, bicycles, tools and much more. Depending on your needs the Pinewood could also be a great workshop. With two large loft areas additional items can be stored so the first floor can be fully utilized as a work area.
Available in 16ft., 20ft., 24ft., and 28ft. lengths the Pinewood is can be ordered in a size most suited to your needs. Increasing the length increases storage capacity in the loft areas as well. Each loft can be accessed from a 32″-48″ x 14′ wide opening at the center of the building. A ladder is required to reach each loft. Lofts offer 6′-2″ of headroom at center.

US standards insuring only the best lumber is used in your shed kit.
Primed 3/8″ wood siding, with vertical grooves, creates an attractive plank look.
Smart Panel, manufactured by Lousiana-Pacific, creates the visual beauty of real wood with the strength and
durability of an engineered product.
The siding is made from wood strands, pressed into a resin saturated substrate, superior to plywood.
A cedar texture is embossed into the substrate, free from knot holes and patches. Other features include:
- Primed, ready for paint color of your choice. Latex acrylic paint recommended.
- Treated with Composibor (from U.S. Borax) prevents fungal decay and insect damage.
- Backed with a 50 year limited warranty.
Our Pinewood model provides an expansive 2nd level loft floor.
The Pinewood includes two 24″x36″ windows. Windows are non-insulated and include a screen on lower half.
A 32″X80″ 9-Lite door and carriage style doors are included. The carriage doors swing outward to provide an 8′ wide x 7′ high opening.

Homeowner will need to build a wood floor or pour a cement slab to build storage building upon.

Below is information that your local permiting office may need prior to construction.
Please check with the permit office before purchasing.
Convenient home delivery is available anywhere in the lower 48 states.
This is called “curbside delivery” which will place the kit at the end of your driveway. It is not the driver’s responsibility to bring the product into your garage or yard. Drivers do not assist in unpacking or cleanup.
The freight carrier will call to schedule an appointment during normal business hours. Please provide a daytime phone number at check out. Someone will need to be present at the time of delivery. A signature is required.
Inspect the merchandise before the driver departs. If you notice any damage, make sure the driver indicates this on the delivery slip before you sign it.
