I retired and had a few months of semi-spare time was probably the most fun building anything ever! My wife loves that barn!! My thanks to John and Tina they were of great help and very polite and professional!!
Excellent kit and the support provided by John was excellent
Delivery of kit was flawless and timely. I would recommend this kit to anyone
After researching what would best suit my needs, I settled on the Ravenna 32 x 16 building. I decided however that I wanted the barn doors on the side, not in the front, and that I'd rather have a regular mandoor in the front. The customization was fairly simple and only required that I purchase a standard door on my own. I work in I.T. and generally tell folks that a product is only as good as the support you receive. This product is great because the customer support was very responsive, patient, and helpful. I probably called them 7 or 8 times during the construction of this building, but each time I received the help that I needed. I was able to construct this building 90% on my own. I did need help with erecting the walls, and gables. I imagine with some help this project could have been completed earlier. It took me 2 1/2 months to finish, but all in all, I'm very pleased with the results.
Everything was fantastic. The ordering, the receiving on date as scheduled. Anything we had an issue with, that was small and about 2 issues, was taken care of within 24 hrs. John, specifically, was very responsive and was my go to person. We are now waiting for roofers to come and we'll probably not total finish til Oct.
I purchased the Best Barns Camp Reynolds 16'x32' Shed from Nick at shed Nation. He started off with asking me where I planned on building it and helping me make sure that the choice was right and that I knew what to expect on delivery timing and site preparation. He was very helpful and followed through. He put me in contact with Best Barns to further iron out the delivery details. Nick was incredible on details and resources. Best barns was passionate about their products and customers satisfaction, they worked to make the delivery smooth and successful. They were always available to help with advice and directions on assembly as well as helping me decide some of the details on changes (windows, doors and roof choices) The shed is designed very well. It is more like a house than a shed. My wife(on weekends) and son and myself finished the entire build except for the roofing in 33 days. It was quite hot so we only spent the morning and some evenings if it cooled off enough. The instructions were well done and the customer help was available even on the weekends. I thought the kit was well thought out and complete. Thank you to everyone at Best Barns for all the help and great customer service. Thanks To Nick at Shed Nation for a great experience and a great start for the project.
