  • Lofty Expectations – an optional loft with functional loft door upgrade adds even more storage options. The 12 ft model has a loft area on each of the building with 4 ft of headroom. Access is by a 4 ft by 12 ft opening at center of building. Our 16 ft two story kits give you 7 ft 1 in of headroom.
  • Headroom - Choose the no loft model for maximum headroom of 11 ft for tall items. The 12 ft wide model with loft provides 6 ft 8 in of headroom. The XL model has 7 ft 4 in of headroom on the first floor.
  • Access Elegance – from standard barn doors to spacious 8 ft wide x 7 ft tall Transom Doors upgrade options—so many options!
  • Big Building Endless Possibilities - Choose the 16 ft XL Shell Package and get creative. Because this is a shell package you can build to suit your needs. Decide what type of windows and entryways and install in the locations you want during construction. (visit your favorite home center for great choices)
  • Floor and Foundations - Our large 16 ft wide two story XL models can be built on any floor type you need. A concrete slab, basement or post and beam wood floor. (floor and foundation purchased locally)
  • Stairs - The included stairs for the XL style kits can be installed in any of the four corners in the Shell Package model and in either of the corners opposite the transom doors.
  • DIY Your Way – our creative, cost-effective kit design provides you with the core structural essentials, then allows you to choose the perfect additions, such as flooring (check out our FortressFloor™ upgrade for the 12 ft wide models only), windows, and roofing to match your personal taste (windows, shingles, and flooring sold separately).
