Loft design on the 12 ft wide buildings offer a split loft with additional access from the exterior via the loft door. Left headroom is 4 ft for plenty of overhead storage. On the 16 ft wide buildings, you have an expansive complete second floor with 7 ft 1 in of headroom.
  • Floor and Foundation - Choose our FortressFloor™ for the 12 ft wide models. Floor and foundation for the the 16 ft two story garage is by homeowner.
  • So Much Space – 8 ft 1 in first floor side wall height provides headroom of 7 ft 4 in, plus a spacious 8 ft wide by 7 ft high garage door opening (9 ft wide door can be accommodated).
  • DIY Your Way – our creative, cost-effective kit design provides you with the core structural essentials, then allows you to choose the perfect additions, such as flooring (check out our FortressFloor™ upgrade), doors, windows, and roofing to match your personal taste (windows, garage door, man door, shingles, and flooring sold separately).
