The Newport 12ft. wide storage shed kit is allows the homeowner to finish the exterior with the type of siding of their choosing (not included). This could be vinyl siding, ship lap wood siding, stucco, etc. You can match the style of your home and meet HOA building requirements.
Featuring two decorative dormers and a large loft area the Newport is practical for all your storage needs while looking great in your backyard. The loft is 8ft. wide running the length of the building up to 24ft. With 4ft.-3in. of headroom there is plenty of space to store items overhead.
All windows and doors are included as shown. During construction you can install 9-Lite walk-in door, windows and dormers in the locations of your choosing.

Oriented Strand Board (OSB)
Wall framing is covered with 7/16in. OSB which will need to be covered with an exterior siding of your choice. Exterior siding can be vinyl, stucco, wood ship lap, etc. Siding must be purchased separately from your local home center.
Our Newport model provides an expansive 2nd level loft floor.
A loft provides an ideal, out of the way area for storing seasonal decorations, small boxes, chair cushions and smaller items.
Choose size and location of access to loft floor area during construction.

Included Windows
Two (2) Single hung 18in. x 36in. windows with screens & decorative raised panel shutters for lower walls are included. Optionally you may order additional windows to provide more light and venting. Two (2) Single hung aluminum 18in. x 23in. windows for dormers and gable end.
The Newport comes standard with a set of carriage style doors with transom windows located on the 12′ wall.
Also included is a 9-lite in-swing steel entry door.
Optional Floor
The deluxe floor includes 4×4 treated runners which gives support for the floor joists and allows you to set the foundation directly on grass. By raising the foundation above the ground the 4×4’s provide for air flow which eliminates moisture. The deluxe floor includes 4×4 treated runners, treated 2×4’s 16″ o.c. and 3/4″ plywood.
Nails are included. Floor requires cutting and assembly. Floor sheathing is not treated.

Please check with the permit office before purchasing.
Convenient home delivery is available anywhere in the lower 48 states.
This is called “curbside delivery” which will place the kit at the end of your driveway. It is not the driver’s responsibility to bring the product into your garage or yard. Drivers do not assist in unpacking or cleanup.
The freight carrier will call to schedule an appointment during normal business hours. Please provide a daytime phone number at check out. Someone will need to be present at the time of delivery. A signature is required.
Inspect the merchandise before the driver departs. If you notice any damage, make sure the driver indicates this on the delivery slip before you sign it.
